Dongle Error Support
If you are using an orange dongle and your Windows 7 system is not recognizing it, download and try this program. Download, unzip and run the program Sentinel Protection Installer 7.6.5.exe. Restart the computer and retest.

If you have upgraded to the 64-bit Windows Vista or Windows 7 operating systems, and are experiencing "Dongle Errors", download and try this HASP HL installer first. Download, unzip and run the program HASPUserSetup.exe. Restart the computer and retest.

If you have upgraded to Windows XP and are experiencing "Dongle Errors", download the HDD file first and try this program first. Download HDD, unzip and run the program hdd32.exe. Restart the computer and retest.
