PVC Blanks & Sheets
 PVC blanks are pre-sized or can be sheared, stamped or profiled after printing to create custom shapes. Sold in quantities of 100 blanks/pack for the .030” and .010” size and 50 blanks/pack for the .060” size. Do Not laser cut this material.

    New! 2-Up Blanks 1/16" x 2 7/8" - CR80 2 18" x 3 3/8" - .030" PVC Blanks for Badge Frames 
PVC blank .030" (1.5mm) thick  with a .125" (3.175mm) radius.  This part has 2 blanks pre-scored that measure 1 1/16"x2 7/8" (27mmx73mm) each.  Simply print two at a time and then pop out of the CR80 blank.  Then, use our  badge frame with pre-applied adhesive to finish off this economical badge! All .030" PVC blanks are packed in 100 blanks/pkg.
