Industrial Label Printers

If you are tasked with printing industrial labeling and signage, DCS's small-format Direct Jet inkjet printers are up to the task. Our industrial labeling systems allow you to print full-color, photo-quality images, logos and text directly onto rigid substrates such as PVC, acrylics, metals, anodized aluminum and wood. Our industrial label printers allow you to create your own custom labels for any application.

DCS also offers a proprietary line of InkMark™ coated substrates, which are optimized to simultaneously accept DCS's Multisolve™ dye and clear inks in a single pass. The resulting bond creates a more durable image with greater resistance to many perfumes and solvents, including 100% isopropyl alcohol. The combination makes an ideal substrate for custom label printing and industrial label printing. It’s ideal for printing everything from interior signage to desk plates, door plates, machine tags and labels.

DuraJet™: Open-Pored Aluminum for Sub-Surface Color Printing in Aluminum

Use your Direct Jet printer in conjunction with DuraJet™ open-pored aluminum from Horizons Imaging Systems Group for revolutionary sub-surface color printing on anodized aluminum. This imaging system allows you to digitally create durable, full-color images on anodized aluminum and subsequently seal the image under the anodized layer, making it virtually impervious to abrasion, chemicals, moisture, humidity and salt spray. Anodized aluminum printing has been challenging in the past, but DuraJet™ makes the process long-lasting and simple.

Custom print mode for printing on InkMark
  • Use one of our custom print modes, such as InkMark 2880x1440 IR4 Normal (see right), and then print as you normally would. Our InkMark print modes will print clear and color ink simultaneously.
  • Our laserable InkMark DR products are an excellent and simple way to utilize the vast amount of applications possible for industrial use. Designing in the preferred software, the user can create cut lines that transfer from the printed sheet of InkMark to the laser.
