Subject: New Millennium Components
Effective immediately, the mounting screws for all three internal motors will now be mounted with T-10 Torx Screws. It is extremely rare that a motor has to be changed but when you do need to change over a motor on new printers, you will need a tool to work with these new screws.
If you need to purchase a tool to work with these screws, they are readily available at automotive parts stores. It is a Torx wrench size T-10.
This change enables the motors to be fastened to the chassis with hardware that can be tightened to a higher degree of torque.
