Subject: Correct Printer Driver for Windows 2000
When installing a Millennium printer driver, it is important to know what operating system the driver will be interfacing with. Just as there are different drivers for different Millennium models, there are different drivers for different Windows operating systems.
The Windows 2000 operating system requires the Millennium NT driver.
DCS ships the following drivers with our printers:

SPECIAL REQUEST: |
Windows NT, 2000 |
If your system runs under Windows NT or Windows 2000, you will require the NT driver. DCS can ship the NT driver along with the printer if they know ahead of time that the install is on an NT or 2000 system. Otherwise, the NT driver can easily be obtained by the customer from the Downloads page of our web site.
NOTE: When installing the NT driver, you may receive a message stating that the driver is not an "approved Microsoft" driver. Ignore this message and continue with the driver installation. The NT driver is not currently registered with Microsoft.
If you need further assistance in upgrading your printer, please contact DCS technical support at techsupport@directcolorsystems.com or the same via phone at 860-829-2244.
